How fast is your shipping?
Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, all items in your order will ship out together on the latest date.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 4 business days of its ship date with our free shipping. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select our expedited shipping option at checkout. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Can I upgrade shipping after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade the shipping method after an order has been placed. If you need something by a specific date, it never hurts to confirm shipping times with us before purchasing by emailing care@stonedhearts777.com.
How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, your complete order will ship out on the latest date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately 3 to 4 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. Based on location and order value, your order will ship with one of the following methods:
Standard USPS Shipping: ~3-4 Business Days. Allow up to 3-5 additional business days for order processing.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer 1-2 day shipping at check out for an additional $35!
Please note that any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
As a small independent company, we are not currently able to offer international shipping.

I'm having problems with the tracking
In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't updating, contact us at care@stonedhearts777.com.
Can I cancel an order?
Please make sure that you are in love with everything in your cart before completing your purchase. If you need to cancel your order please email us with your order number at care@stonedhearts777.com within one hour of placing your order. Our fulfillment team works at lightning speed to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Please make sure that everything is correct before you complete your purchase! We cannot change orders after they have been placed, however, we can cancel your order if you email us within one hour of placing it. Please email us at care@stonedhearts777.com along with your order number and we are happy to help!
Will I be charged sales tax?
Please enter your address into your order check out to determine if you are charged sales tax in your state. For US customers only.
How long will it take before my order is ready to ship?
In order to offer a broad selection of jewelry on our website, we do not carry all of our pieces in stock.
Some special pieces are made-to-order. This means that these items are handmade after you place your order which can take anywhere between two to four weeks. Some pieces may also require sourcing of special materials, requiring four to six weeks to deliver. If there's a specific date you need your piece by, contact us and we will do our best to ensure you receive your piece in time.
Availability for each piece is noted on its product page, so be sure to shop accordingly if you need something in asap. If you need something by a specific date, it never hurts to confirm shipping times with us before purchasing by emailing care@stonedhearts777.com.
Once you place your order, your order is expected to ship out on the estimated shipping date listed in your order confirmation email. Note that this is the estimated shipping date from the date you added the item to your cart, not the date when you checked out. If there are multiple dates please note that all items will ship together on the latest date listed and this is the date when your package will leave our warehouse.
Who is liable for the jewelry as it is being shipped?
We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit.
In addition, we record the packaging of all orders on video to ensure that we are able to identify any mistakes in packaging or theft that might occur before your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
